Visiting The Sites on Maui

THIS WOMAN IS POINTING AT A WHALE

What you see to your left is a picture taken off the coast of Maui that is the REAL tale of a whale, and no fish story, thank you very much!  During The Spirit Communication Week in Maui, you will be handed a paid for ticket and then taken on a whale watch. We like the Pacific Whale Foundation because they not only take people out on boats to see whales, but they do experiments and projects designed to help the oceans and the whole enviroment. Plus they have one of the best shops on the island. Carole Lynne buys all her tee shirts there which still look like new - wash after wash after wash. These shirts withstand the sunlight too and hold their color. This is a great place to buy a present for your loved one who did not put up a fuss when you went off to a spiritual week in Maui. (Better yet, bring your loved one along and he or she can buy their own tee shirt.)

Iao Valley Heritage Park

A great to visit

The spiritual energy is magnificent

Message from Carole Lynne about The Iao Valley

It is hard to describe the beauty of the Iao Valley. As I stand and look up at the incredible mountains and walk over and listen to the streams of water tumbling down the mountains, my mind becomes quiet and I reach a part of myself that I have been forgetting about.

The Heritage Park is part of the Iao Valley. The park hosts spiritual sites built by many cultures: Hawaiian, Portuguese, Filipino, Japanese, and Caucasian.   As you walk through this park you will have a sense of spiritual history.  This place is one of my favorite places to go on Maui.

Above is a picure of one of the worlds oldest Indian Banyan Trees in the world and you will be taken to see it. What you see in this picture is a tiny part of the banyan tree. In a sense, you are looking at the tip of the finger of this huge tree, which spreads across an entire park. Looking at this one tree is like looking at twelve trees. It is hard to get it through your head, that you are looking at ONE tree.

Just in case you may be interested, you can get the best ice cream you ever tasted right across from the Banyan tree. Then you walk back with your ice cream and sit under which ever of the many sections of the tree calls out to you.  You are in pure heaven! Just be caseful, as this tree is so alive and has so many branches, it may try to steal your ice cream.
